Service Boundaries and Eligibility
Our services are restricted to individuals residing within Singapore. We do not facilitate international orders or shipments outside of our local borders. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a resident of Singapore and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. This localized focus allows us to maintain a consistent level of service and ensures that our logistics remain efficient for our local community.
Ordering and Payment Structure
We utilize a transparent Cash on Delivery (COD) model for all transactions. This means you do not provide any sensitive payment data through our website during the checkout process. The amount displayed at the final stage of your checkout is the final price you pay.
We guarantee there are no hidden delivery charges or surcharges added upon arrival. Payment must be made in full to the courier at the moment the package reaches your residence.
Logistics and Delivery Timeline
We aim for a reliable delivery window to ensure you receive your chosen apparel promptly. Our total timeline for delivery is a maximum of 5 business days. This period includes 2 business days dedicated to the preparation, packing, and dispatch of your items from our local facility.
After shipping, 2-3 business days are needed on account for the transit handled by our local courier partners. Please ensure someone is available at your specified address to receive the items and facilitate the payment during this window.
Order Modification and Cancellation
You maintain the right to cancel your order as long as the items remain within our physical possession. If you decide to cancel, you must send an email to info@twillglide.com with your order details. We will take prompt action to stop the process.
However, once the 2-day preparation window ends and the package leaves our facility, cancellation is no longer possible. In such instances, the delivery must be completed as scheduled.
Return Rights and Accuracy
We provide a 30-day window for returns specifically for items that arrive in a damaged state or if you receive an incorrect product. The time period for product returns starts on the day of your product delivery. If the issue involves a replaceable flaw, we will arrange for an exchange to ensure you receive the correct item. Should the situation be beyond a simple replacement, we provide a full reversal of the transaction.
To initiate this, you must contact us via email. We manage all logistics and courier arrangements for these returns; you will not be required to pay for any transport or shipping fees during this process.
Inspection and Refund Procedure
Once the returned item reaches our facility, our team requires 1 business day to conduct a physical inspection. Following a successful evaluation, we will reach out to you via email to request your bank details. We take 1 business day to initiate your refund, after receiving your bank details.
Since we operate on a COD model, we do not hold your payment information, so refunds are issued through bank transfers. Once we receive your details and initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the final amount to reflect in your account.
